GEMBOREE News Update – 6 Oct 2011
The GEMBOREE Committee are pleased to be able to let everyone know that arrangements for next year in Bundaberg are well on track. We are looking forward to meeting old friends and making new ones over the Easter weekend. Our small army of volunteers is set to go and ready to give assistance in the many areas of the GEMBOREE set up and on site tasks to ensure the smooth running of the weekend’s activities.
Camping and tailgating registrations are coming in and we encourage you to get your sites booked early.
Please contact us if you have any queries with regard to camping or tailgating facilities. All forms for camping, tailgating and competition entries are available in the GEMBOREE 2012 booklet are on this website.
We would also like to remind you to get your competition entries ready as the closing date of 3rd Feb 2012 is drawing ever closer.
Please accept our apology for the printing errors on page 28 of the booklet, , open and intermediate facet cut entry number at top of page and angle at P2 , which have been corrected on this website.
The Christmas break will give many people time to fine tune entries and paperwork. We hope that we can provide a great showcase of lapidary skills for the general public to admire and possibly encourage a renewed interest in our wonderful hobby.
